SUMMER RATES and HOLIDAYS: June 1 through September 30 plus the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. Daily rate is $160 for up to four people. Weekly rate is $900 for up to four people. Monthly rate is $2500 for up to four people. Additional guests are $15 per night. Pets are welcome for $10 per night, including horses, dogs and cats.

WINTER RATES: October 1 through May 31st. Daily rate is $140 for up to four people. Weekly rate is $800 for up to four people. Monthly rate is $2400 for up to four people. Additional guests are $15 per night. Pets are welcome for $10 per night per pet, including horses, dogs and cats.

To reserve a date a deposit of one night is required. This (less $25 administrative fee) is refundable if cancellation is made a minimum of 30 days prior to the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Payment may be made by check or cash or Pay Pal. If Pay Pal is used the base rate is $5 per night additional ($165, $145).
